TUCANOS TO HOST SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY SCHOOLS

GREENVILLE, SC – (July 27, 2017) - Tucanos Brazilian Grill announced today that they will host a school supply drive to support Greenville County Schools and those in need before the new academic year.  Tucanos’ guests will have the opportunity to and drop off school supplies of any kind to benefit the local school district.  The school supply drive will begin on July 31st through August 20th. Those who donate will be given a free Brazilian Lemonade coupon to use at their convenience. 

During the supply drive, Tucanos will also provide free desserts to area teachers with a valid school ID, as a thank you for their hard work and dedication, and to welcome them into the new school year.

General Manager, John Ramm is thrilled to hold the drive, stating “Tucanos holds strong values in supporting the community and the families within it.  Our school supply drive is the perfect way to foster the values we hold and allow members of the community to make a difference alongside us.”  Tucanos prides itself on fostering values of fun, family and a strong community, which are imparted in the atmosphere and service of the restaurant. 

Ken Arnold, Director of Attendance/Social Work Services of Greenville County Schools thanked Tucanos saying “Greenville County schools are always thankful for the support of the community.  School supplies are always in need and help ensure that students have the materials they need to learn.”
